Tollow Cowl - Beginning Brioche Stitch
The Tollow Cowl is a fun brioche in the round pattern with an i-cord drawstring. This is the perfect design to keep you warm and cozy AND practice the brioche stitch, two-color, in the round.
Materials Included: Pattern & instruction time.
Materials Needed: 2 100g skeins of DK weight high-contrast yarn (we recommend locally dyed or Drifter Subtle - we used Jadawoo for the colorful sample and Drifter Subtle for the black/grey sample) and US6-16” & US4-16” circular knitting needles.
Pre-req: Must know how to cast on, bind off, knit & purl. No brioche experience necessary.
Must complete before class: With US6-16”, provisionally cast on 120 stitches. Join in the round and knit 20 rounds. Unzip the provisional cast on and place on a spare needle. Knit stitches together. If you have any questions about this, please let us know!
